Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION • RESCHEDULING • LATE FEES • DEPOSIT • All appointment changes (if possible) can be made by your appointment confirmation text/email • Cancellations MUST be made 48hrs prior to your appt time (If you are experiencing an unpredicted medical/family/personal emergency within the last 24hrs OR less, please reach out to me!) • Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the total service you would've been provided • No-call, no-shows will not be allowed to book anymore & will be charged FULL total/100% of service that was booked • Deposits are $22 ($20 goes toward & $2 goes to processing fee) if you would like to avoid paying the $2 fee, msg me privately for my zelle! However, a valid card MUST always be on file for your appt still, but you WILL NOT be charged unless any other policies aren't followed. • Deposits are non-refundable. If you do cancel within the allowed time frame, your deposit can be moved over ONCE to a different appt. • There is a 15 min. grace period when running late. If you are more than 15 min. late, your appt will possibly be cancelled & charged 50% of the service. In some case I still may be able to service you, but NOT always. If I can service you, a $10 late fee will be added to the service & we will only be able to work with whatever time left. You are not guaranteed an appointment after 10 min late. NO EXCEPTIONS.
